The Co-op has a variety of ways that it consults with tenants.

It carries out a large survey of tenant satisfaction every two years.

The results of our 2019 survey should be available on this page at the end of November 2019.

This survey included asking tenants what they saw as their top priorities should the Co-op obtain a partnership with another landlord

The Co-op carried out a consultation with tenants on its allocation policy in 2019.

The Co-op has used a liaison panel to help shape the procurement and specification of a new landscaping contract in 2019.

In October 2019, the Co-op employed the Tenant Information Service (TIS) to act as an indepedent tenant advisor for its proposed Transfer of Engagements.

A roadshow was held in October 2019 and a Tenants Panel will be set up by TIS to allow tenants to scrutinise and give their views on the transfer.

Further roadshows and consultation opportunities will be available through TIS.

The Co-op will also seek tenant feedback on particular services through its newsletter and via survey monkey.
